Children do not lose interest in the Quran. They lose interest in being bored.
A child in a class of fifteen reads aloud twice an hour and spends the rest waiting. A child alone with a teacher reads for twenty minutes and is corrected every line.
- The same teacher every week, so the child builds a real relationship
- 20–30 minute classes for under-nines; 30–45 for older children
- Parents may sit in on any class, announced or unannounced
- Every class recorded and available to parents on request
- A written monthly report — what improved, what still needs work
