One class tells you very little — everyone is on best behaviour. By the third, you can see whether the student is engaged, whether the teacher listens properly and whether the pace is right.
A laptop, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection, and headphones if the house is busy. Classes run in a private browser-based video room — nothing to install, and we send a one-click link before each session.

Of course. Sisters and children can be matched with a female teacher at any time, and voice-only classes are available on request. Select your preference on the enrolment form.
Four to five is a reasonable age to begin. Younger students take 20–30 minute classes with a teacher who specialises in early years, using repetition, praise and short activities to hold attention.
About a third of our students are adults starting from the Arabic letters. Because classes are one-to-one, nobody is watching and nobody is waiting for you — you set the pace entirely.
